Tempered glass is produced in the process of heating and then rapidly cooling ordinary flat glass. This process is called hardening.

At these stages, simple glass acquires unique properties: • safety; • mechanical strength; • heat resistance.

Due to this, tempered glass has received the widest scope of application: from glassware, interior items and furniture to shop windows and huge glass facades of multi-story buildings.
